Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Tinman Lab, S.L., Spain. You can reach us at info@lafautique.com.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the version of the consent text you agreed to, and the dates on which you signed up, confirmed and, if you do, unsubscribed. We do not store your IP address or browser details with your sign-up; your connection’s IP address is used only briefly, to limit repeated attempts. The public pages of this site set no cookies and use no analytics.
Why, and on what basis
We use your email address to send one message asking you to confirm it, and then news about the opening of LAFAUTIQUE. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to info@lafautique.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done before.
Who processes it for us
Cloudflare hosts this site and its database and protects it against abuse. Resend delivers our email. Both act as our processors under data processing agreements. Where either processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days. Confirmed sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe, or for 24 months after LAFAUTIQUE opens, whichever comes first. When you unsubscribe, we keep only your address and the date, so that we do not write to you again; write to info@lafautique.com to have it deleted entirely.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data and for its rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent. Write to info@lafautique.com. We answer within one month.
Complaints
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), at aepd.es.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date above changes with it.
